I've been exactly where you are. I know the way back.

Hi, I'm Sarah, and everything I teach, I first had to find for myself.

Our Story, Your Path

A few years ago, I didn't recognise the woman looking back at me in the mirror.

My autoimmune condition had reached its worst point. My anxiety was high, my energy was gone, and I was losing my hair which, more than anything, chipped away at my sense of who I was. I was raising two young children on my own, holding down everything that had to be held, and quietly moving through perimenopause without even realising that's what it was.

On the outside, I was coping. On the inside, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself, lonely in a way that had nothing to do with how many people were around me, and everything to do with feeling like I'd lost myself somewhere along the way.

I kept thinking I just needed to push harder. More willpower. More discipline. A stricter routine, more intense exercise, a proper night's sleep. If I could only do more, I'd feel like myself again.

Experience

It turned out the answer wasn't doing more. It was doing the opposite.

It turned out the answer wasn't doing more. It was doing the opposite.

What pulled me back was slowing everything down, supporting my body instead of fighting it, calming my nervous system, and rebuilding from the inside out. Gentle, restorative practices. Breath work. Movement that met my body where it actually was, rather than where I thought it should be. Nothing intense. Nothing overwhelming. Just consistent, supportive ways to come out of survival mode.

Slowly, my energy came back. My anxiety eased. I began to feel steadier, stronger, and more at home in myself again, not the woman I'd been before, but someone I recognised, and someone I could trust.

I didn't need to become someone new. I needed to come home to myself.

My work isn't just fitness, and it isn't just relaxation. It's a whole-body approach to midlife wellbeing that supports the physical and emotional changes you're moving through at the same time.

Most approaches sit at one extreme or the other. Intense exercise that leaves you more depleted, or pure rest that doesn't rebuild your strength. I bridge the two. My sessions combine intelligent, progressive movement to rebuild strength and mobility with calming, restorative practices that quiet the nervous system and ease stress. That balance matters most in midlife, when your body is changing, your energy is unpredictable, and your stress is often already high.

Whatever we do together, yoga, Pilates, breath work, meditation, Reiki, or coaching, it's always designed to support your body, not push it, and to fit the real, full life you're actually living. You never need to be fit, flexible or “have it all together” before you begin. You come exactly as you are.

Testimonials

What it feels like, in their words

The best thing I can tell you about this work isn't what I think of it, it's what the women who've walked in exhausted, unsure, or nervous have felt on the other side of it.

Every one of these came from someone who arrived exactly as she was, moved at her own pace, and left feeling a little more like herself. That's the whole point.

If part of you suspects there's a kinder way through midlife than gritting your teeth and pushing harder — you're in exactly the right place.

You don't have to arrive strong, flexible or sorted. You just have to arrive. And when you do, I'll meet you exactly where you are because I've stood there too, and I know the way back.

Classes in Halesowen. 1:1 sessions across the West Midlands, Birmingham and Worcestershire.
